Josh Foo is the Head and Principal Lending Specialist at Fairlane Finance, where he combines deep industry insight with a passion for helping clients build wealth through smart lending solutions.

 

With a Master’s in Information Management from The University of Western Australia, Josh began his career as Country Manager for a UK-based HR advisory firm, advising high-earning professionals on cross-border wealth strategies. It was here that his interest in real estate as a tool for wealth creation took root.

 

He later served as a Strategy Advisor at Onwardbull Investments, a boutique consultancy focused on business growth, financial health, and exit planning for founders.

 

Driven by a desire to bridge funding gaps for both PAYG and self-employed clients, Josh begun Fairlane Finance to offer tailored lending solutions that help clients move forward today.

Originally from Singapore, Josh is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing him to connect with a diverse client base with ease.
